We arrived at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and overall condition of the property. The food at the hotel was delicious, especially the pancakes in the morning and the tasty Turkish snacks during the day. The hotel provided a convenient shuttle service to the beach, which was only a short ride away. Despite the slight language barrier, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

My family and I recently had a fantastic vacation at Grand Viking Hotel. We stayed for a week and couldn't be happier with our experience. The hotel staff were incredibly organized and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with not a single speck of garbage in sight. The rooms were top-notch, comparable to a 5-star hotel, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and refreshing. Although the beach was a bit far, the hotel provided a convenient shuttle service.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I liked the well organized transfer to and from the beach. It was amazing to observe traditional dancing that was performed by professionals at the pool parties )) The staff is very friendly, even though, from the first sight, they seem not as professional as you would expect them to be.
At first I didn't like the location, because it seemed too far from the beach, but the transfer to/from the beach is well organized. Very often there is no clean beach towels at the registration desk...and it is frustrating ((

Great location with plenty of free off-street parking. Close to the city center, within walking distance. Free shuttle to a private beach. Little turtle farm. Gym and sauna facilities. Nice lobby area to lounge around in. Wonderful staff, including Ali, Duygol, and others who couldn't do enough to support customers. Amazing food choice and quality for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including Turkish and Continental cuisine, main meals. Free Gozelme throughout the day. Lovely swimming pool and great facilities. Excellent value for money. Lots of local food, grocery, and tourist shops nearby. The hotel manager and staff go out of their way to help you. Lots of information to help you plan your stay if you wish to explore the area
Felt very well, no reason to complain

This hotel provides a peaceful escape near beautiful mountains. It's a short walk to shops and restaurants, and a shuttle bus takes you to the beach. Rooms are spotlessly clean with daily towel and bedding change. Service is impeccable, and the breakfast buffet is extensive with a variety of foods. A lovely swimming pool and attentive waiters make this a relaxing experience.
Some guests have mentioned crowded mealtimes during peak season.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff here were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. They made sure we had a pleasant and relaxing experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception team, including Duygu, Ali, Mustafa. The chefs in the kitchen prepared delicious and varied meals, while the lovely lady making gozleme added a special touch. The hotel also had a maid from the third floor who left our room looking heavenly. the entire team went above and beyond to provide excellent service.
This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay here in Kemer, and we were impressed by the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, parking, and transportation options. The staff were amazing in every way, from the helpful shuttle drivers to the friendly cleaners. The breakfast was excellent, and we loved the fact that the hotel was quite close to the centre, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The location was also perfect, opposite to a viewing area, up a mountain, and near the beach.
All was perfect.

We loved our stay in this hotel during our city break. The room was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The pool was also well maintained and provided a great place to relax. The hotel's shuttle service to the nearby town and beach was very convenient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
We did feel that the hotel could improve the quality and variety of the food provided. While there were some good options, we felt that there could have been more to choose from.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a good start. The location was great, being within easy walking distance of both town and beach. The room was comfortable and spacious. The food was good quality and there was always something to cater for all tastes.
The hotel was severely lacking in Christmas spirit. There was no festive decor or entertainment which made us feel like we were just staying at a regular hotel during any other time of year.
